At Chita Tattoos, pricing is determined by the duration of the session: Standard rates: $375 for a 2 hour session, $750 for a half day session (4-6hrs), $1200 for a full day session (6-8hrs). During your consultation, we will discuss your design and recommend a session length to ensure optimal price and quality.
Yes, Chita Tattoos offers free and highly recommended consultations. During your consultation, you will meet with your tattoo artist at a scheduled day and time for approximately 30 minutes. This session allows you to discuss your vision in detail, including the tattoo’s design, placement, size, and any specific elements you want incorporated. If you haven’t already booked your tattoo appointment, your artist will schedule it by the end of the consultation. This process ensures that every detail aligns with your expectations before beginning the tattoo work.
At Chita Tattoos, we require clients to be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo, in compliance with Wisconsin state law. To ensure a smooth appointment process, please bring a valid state-issued photo ID as proof of age. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism while creating your custom artwork.
Submitting an appointment request at Chita Tattoos does not guarantee that you will receive an appointment. Each request is carefully reviewed by our tattoo artists to ensure the project aligns with our artistic style, scheduling availability, and the quality standards we uphold. Some projects may be declined; this decision is based solely on these factors and is never personal. We encourage clients to be patient and open to alternative suggestions if their initial request cannot be accommodated. Our goal is to provide exceptional, detailed tattoo art that reflects both your vision and our expertise.
I specialize in detailed, large-scale tattoos that embody the vision of our studio. I do not accept small tattoos, designs by other artists, or any hateful imagery. These guidelines ensure the preservation of artistic integrity and respect.
At Chita Tattoos, design images are shared exclusively with clients who have a scheduled appointment and a confirmed deposit. These images are typically sent in the days leading up to your session and usually represent a concept in progress rather than the final piece. This approach supports a collaborative process, allowing us to refine the design to ensure it becomes a tattoo you truly love. Sharing preliminary designs helps us align your vision with the artistic details that define Chita Tattoos’ signature style.
At Chita Tattoos, a deposit is required for all bookings to secure your appointment slot. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your tattoo session and is non-refundable. It ensures that your time with the artist is reserved and covers essential preparations, including the artist’s time dedicated to designing your custom tattoo, the materials and supplies needed, and the setup required for your session. Requiring a deposit helps us maintain a professional schedule and deliver the highest quality artwork
A: At Chita Tattoos, we value creativity and personalization in every tattoo we create. While we do not replicate exact designs from pictures—except in the case of portraits—we use your inspiration or reference as a starting point to craft a unique and customized tattoo. Our approach combines your vision with our artistic expertise and available tools to adapt the design to our distinctive style, ensuring that the final result is both original and meaningful to you. This process allows us to honor your ideas while delivering a tattoo that stands out as an exclusive work of art.
At Chita Tattoos, I offer touch-ups exclusively for tattoos that I have originally done. This ensures the highest quality and consistency in maintaining the integrity of your artwork. I provide one free touch-up within one year of your initial tattoo to address any fading or imperfections during healing process. However, I do not perform touch-ups on tattoos done by other artists. If you require work on a tattoo created elsewhere, it will be considered a reconstruction or cover-up and priced according to the standard rate. This policy helps maintain the artistic standards and respect for each artist’s unique style.
At Chita Tattoos, we understand you'd love to share your tattoo experience with loved ones, but due to limited space and to maintain a focused, safe environment, we ask that you attend your appointment alone. Children are not allowed in the studio to ensure their safety and minimize distractions. Guests, including friends, cannot be accommodated in the tattooing area because of space constraints. Additionally, pets are not permitted inside the studio. This policy helps us provide the best possible attention to your tattoo, preserving the artistic quality and hygiene. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
